1. AI Data Processing

Tryprepforge utilizes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate interview questions and analyze your responses. We prioritize your privacy in how we handle this data:

• Input Data: Any text you input (role descriptions, industry focus, session summaries) is sent to our AI providers via secure, encrypted channels.
• No Model Training: Your inputs are used solely for your session. We do not allow our third-party AI providers to use your personal data to train or improve their underlying models.
• Anonymization: We recommend that you do not include real person names, project financials, or trade secrets in your practice sessions.

2. Account & Information Retention

We collect basic profile information from your Google account (Email, Name, Avatar) to provide a consistent experience. We retain your preparation history (interviews, questions, roadmaps) to help you track progress.

3. Your Data Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to disappear. If you choose to delete your account via the Dashboard, we apply a Soft Delete. This immediately deactivates your account on the system and terminates active sessions. If you return later, logging in with the same Google account will automatically reactivate your profile and restore your history.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
